Common Charts collects only the information needed to run the app and improve the service.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as your Firebase account ID, email address, and display name.
- Chord chart files, extracted text, and generated cleanup results when you upload PDFs or use AI cleanup features.
- Planning Center account connection details, including your Planning Center user ID and encrypted refresh token, if you connect Planning Center.
- Subscription, entitlement, and credit information used to manage Plus access and monthly allowances.
- Basic technical data such as request logs, timestamps, and network information used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
How We Use Information
- To sign you in and keep your account working.
- To process chord charts, generate cleaned output, and return results inside the app.
- To manage Planning Center connections, credits, subscriptions, and account recovery flows.
- To monitor service health, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
Third-Party Services
Common Charts relies on third-party services to operate, including Firebase for authentication, Planning Center for connected account access, RevenueCat for subscription status, and OpenRouter-powered AI services for cleanup requests. Information needed to complete those features may be shared with those providers.
Data Storage
Planning Center refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. Other account, billing, and operational records may be stored as long as needed to run the service, maintain account history, and meet legal or security obligations.
Your Choices
You can disconnect Planning Center from the app at any time. If you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@30twelve.org.
