Use of the Service

• You may use Common Charts only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not harm the service or other users.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Your Content

• You keep ownership of the files and content you submit to Common Charts.
• You give Common Charts permission to process uploaded files and related data as needed to provide cleanup, import, sync, and account features.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and use submitted content.

Accounts and Paid Features

• Some features require sign-in, connected third-party accounts, credits, or an active subscription.
• Subscription billing and entitlement status may be managed through third-party providers such as Apple and RevenueCat.
• Features, pricing, credit allowances, and availability may change over time.

Third-Party Services

Common Charts may rely on services such as Firebase, Planning Center, RevenueCat, and AI providers to deliver parts of the product. Their systems and terms may affect how some features work.

Availability and Changes

• Common Charts is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
• We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time.
• We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Common Charts and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service.
